In light of the distinctive nature of our custom products, it is with regret that we are unable to accommodate cancellations or returns. Instead, we kindly present the option of a replacement for such orders.
Comprehensive 60-Day Return/Exchange PolicyOur 60-day FULL COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy encompasses the following scenarios, for which we assume full responsibility for return postage fees and replacement costs:
- Inaccurate or Erroneous Customization: The product does not conform to the specified customization details, or there is an error in the customization process.
- Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items: You received an incorrect order or item(s), any items arrived damaged, or the quality of the product(s) is deemed substandard or defective.
- Imprecise Image Rendering or Lettering: The printed images or text on the product exhibit poor clarity or legibility.
- Misaligned or Incorrect Size: The product's size does not match the ordered dimensions or is inconsistent with the expected fit.
No Return & Exchange PolicyThe following situations are explicitly excluded from our 60-day return policy, and we bear no liability for such issues:
- Exceeded Return Timeframe: Products submitted for return beyond the 60-day processing period commencing from the date of order delivery.
- Non-Quality Issues with Personalized Products: Matters unrelated to product quality specific to customized or personalized items.
- Damage Resulting from Misuse, Mishandling, or Poor Maintenance: Product damage caused by improper use, careless handling, or inadequate upkeep.
- Items Soiled, Worn, or Damaged Due to Customer Handling: For safety and hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for used, washed, or damaged personal items
- Incorrect Size Selection: Choosing a product size that does not suit your requirements.
- Personal Reasons: Returns based on subjective factors such as changes in personal taste, preferences, or a change of mind.
- Partial Returns or Exchanges of Set Items: We do not permit the return or exchange of individual components from a multi-item set or bundle.
Precautions for return and exchange
1.For personalized products, if you need to cancel or replace the product or replace the personalized content. You will have to pay 30% of the product price as the customization fee. (Special note: Even if you contact us immediately after placing the order to cancel/modify, we will charge the corresponding production fee because the customized product will be produced immediately once the order is placed in order to ensure a timely production and delivery. 2.By placing an order for a custom product, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this 60-day return and exchange policy. We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
